Given repetition of unsubstantiated negativity based on SP alone with no factual evidence Jack must be sin binned surely.

The whole purpose of Safe Harbour and risk statements are a legal requirements to warn all that SP are not a guarantee. Market forces are not created by management but are driven by perceptions which can me massaged to affect SP, as is Jacks intent.

DD does not matter to Jack, perceptions do, he's just playing with this board for personal gain
