Does the Non-Disclosure Agreement end Nov 28? Do NDAs usually end on a certain date or following the completion of the subject of the NDA material?

I asked Brett to clarify the Nov 28 release with respect to overall operations, why we were snookered so so badly, and why they were so deperate for $12.5MCAD. He usually gets back to me but it will likely be a token, "I will let management know."
