Rocky re: "After the financing was announced Anonymous was a huge seller driving the stock down and pushed it under .50 onthe last day. This gave the broker the right to discount the PO at 25% below the closing price."
I'm not sure if there is a requirement to be within 25% of the closing price for such a PO (I gave up trying to get that info), but if so, I have a very serious question.
The closing price on Oct 26 was $0.51, and on Oct 27 was $0.48, which less 25% is exactly $0.36, which is the PO price. The PO price of $0.36 was announced 19 minutes after the market close on Oct 27. My question is, how was it known that the price would close at $0.48, or did they finalize the news release and issue it in 19 minutes, not to mention the PO deal itself? Perhaps the deal was 25% below the closing price on Oct 27, which of course would not be smart due to the potential for manipulation. I also doubt that the news release could be finialized in 19 minutes.
Just something to think about that seems to be off, but then again maybe there is no such 25% requirement. If there is, this is off.
Good luck!!
