Board Chairs normally allow the CEO to do the heavy lifting. We have been fortunate to have Ajit participate in the many things he has. It is possible POET could have been dead by now without Ajit the past 2 years. He has his own company (M2I that he has recently started up) as well as other critical activities that POET will benefit from. Chairs normally are not present everyday nor act everyday for a company. Lets hope that once we get lift off he and the exec get credit for all the time, effort, creativity and connections they have put in (as well as us for our patience). While we may not like or agree with some of the moves nor the impact on share price we don't have the details to have a reasonable basis to evaluate their decsions and the drivers behind them. Hopefully we will get more details and clarity on the 28th and some uplift on price after that date.
