POET employees are limited

Good afternoon all,

POET employees, and true of most companies, are not allowed to buy / sell shares on the open market except when the blackouts are lifted. For example, after the Nov 28th announcement the employees will be advised that they can buy / sell POET shares for a period of X days. All noise around this topic in the the short term is mute.
