It is entirely related to the financing. Potential buyers are scared off by the implications of what seems to be a desperate public offering. The implications are that finances are not good, things are not going well, and future is cloudy at best. It's all about risk, and Poet has become much riskier than before in the eyes of the market. And it seems the Company has no answers, as all their communication effort and attempts to explain the rationale for the offering has not helped at all. I wish I could see it another way.
