As far as the stock reaching bottom: The unit was .36, ask yourself what the fair market value of a right to buy a share of POET for .52 anytime within the next five years is worth. If you come up with an answer that is close to correct, then you'll know how the stock is really doing post deal.

Personally, I think the share price is actually holding up well. But that may be because people are confused over what just happened.

Only really good news will get us out of these doldrums. An offering like we just had leaves a stock seriously wounded. A recent case in point is SPHS, they were zooming along share price wise, and then a poorly priced offering hit and it has yet to recover. It leaves a bit of a mark, a stigma, if you will. We need strong medicine to get over it, or lots of booze (maybe no difference).
