We've already talked about this. Both the investors being investors (not gold or platinum, but investors who have made money for themselves), and the anemic SP.

Management shat the bed. There is no doubt about it at this point. They have had several options and had many options at the time and the path they chose is where we are now. The investors bought, got a free warrant, and have either sold or are holding on (regardless they got a free warrant out of the deal). Management may be several moves ahead of us (we're the chess hustler in the park and they are Magnus Carlsen), or they just totally whiffed on this deal.
