Would have loved to see a rights offering, Bcd, but they are pretty rare. I'm sure R&R talked a pretty good game about what they were bringing to the table. And I'm also sure the eventual participants presented themselves well during the road show. But I'm also sure the participants have had plenty of experience with companies and dealings on the Venture Exchange, and they realized what a great deal they could drive and how to drive it!

Let's hope to hear of that money being put to good use, not sure how much detail we will get on that, unless a lot of the money is used for one thing and materiality cannot be denied.

Was pretty sure it was going to be slower than most thought, but I didn't think it would be slower than I thought! As always, a positive surprise would be welcomed.
