Mack,

I just awoke rather early with a new thought, that had popped into my mind whilst sleeping, that is not too dissimilar to yours on Corporate Governance.

I personally have always felt that PTI was under resourced in its early days for staff and wondered how they coped on matters of financial conformance, planning and accounting since this is key to any business that is ignored at ones peril. Then, when the hiring of Thomas Mika and the change of role for Kevin Barnes was announced, I wondered what has caused this change, concluding they needed a heavy weight in this role with greater experience in the world of IC development.

Additionally, it was clear from SV earlier announcement of a November earnings call and establishing DL's customer requirements that some serious financial planning was underway in the company. One wonders whether their conclusion identified a previously unforeseen ' black hole' in the company finances that needed plugging with a capital injection hence the PO.

Conjecture perhaps but rational.

with regards,

Sula
