Ok wait a minute. These shareholders were brought in for a reason. This was not a free-for-all public offering. A limited number of shares were available for retail and none of those were for U.S. retail investors. These guys are too smart to have this just an offering to line bankers pockets and then let them run away. They have to be here for a reason and we will hear more after the closing - Nov 2 or 3.
