One thing I believe absolutely: management feels almost as badly as we do about the short term results of this offering. They are not bad guys. Subbhash in particular is a fine gentleman, exuding integrity. I can understand tech failure, but in no way could I think these guys are trying to scam us. The reason I single out Subbhash is because I have interacted with more than the others.
