Trini I have a feeling your not supposed to get in on this deal nor anyone else that they don't want there.

I don't know the laws or rules but i figure if they did a PP they would have to come in at a sp at the low of the last 5 trading days. They could walk it down but not low enough to steal enough from us and squeeze more retail out....Hmm.. idea.. a PO that way they had to offer it to everybody (at least on paper but you know we, the pawns, would never be allowed in on that) and by doing this, the public offering, they could give it away for whatever price they wanted to whoever they wanted. I'm guessing at some of those rules because I can't find them but that's the only way that I could see they could do it and make it legal.

We know we have lawyers here, and people from all walks of life. Baffles me why they are not standing up to those bullies (for lack of a better word that I'm allowed to put in print).
