I have never heard of management indicting themselves, admitting they made a huge mistake in financing, admitting their own involvement and incompetance in that decision, and that includes the BOD. The quarterly financial report is due in November, and I would think there might be another C.C. around that?

Why did they need the money so urgently is the big question. And the answer, here again, may point fingers back to management. If there is a mea culpa, I will be surprised.
