Well, maybe the news wasn't ready before the PO was completed, at which time they would be released from a NDA and release details....or something like that.

I doubt these men are stupid enough to have put themselves into any sort of legal jeopardy, and I'm reasonably confident there will be good news coming....soon... (ouch, I know)...
