As pi??ed off as I am and as manipulated as I feel, by Poet Management, and as screwed over and taken advantage of by the cutthroat and greedy investment funds, I will wait for some explanation of the WHY.

I will keep all my shares for now and wait until an answer is provided. If this proves to be a necessary event and it does turn out to be better for shareholders over the next 12 months and we can see revenues made to the plus side in the near future, then so let it be.

If enough revenue does appear and it does turn out positive, and Poet has money in the bank and will be sustainable and growing then management will have an option to gain our confidence back by simply announcing a share buyback of a minimum of 10% of outstanding shares, only if warranted.

Sure it would be at a higher price, but if the company does what most of us retailers believe, then it will be a small price to pay for stopping and decreasing the dilution of shares as well as backing and increasing shareholder values.

If they want to have any positive legacy and build back any Integrity with shareholders, this would be a way to start.

Just my 2 positive cents.

Ron
