Just to add that they said in the filling that they expect integrated vcl in 2018. Carrot and a stick continoues. First we get the beating with the stick and then with the carrot.

Therefore do not expect VCL before 2018 but since they tend to give false statements all the time it could actually mean 2016.

Will not trust them again. If they say water is wet i will go and double check.
