Here's the problem with the above, FJ, the inference I draw from what you said is that the money raised will quicken the pace of sales and/or development. That's fine, but if all they needed was money, they could have done a rights offering and gotten plenty. No, there's something beyond that going on, maybe management thought this was the cost for getting into a more exclusive "club" regarding visibility.
