My perspective of the Technology remains unchanged, however my perspective on the Board of Directors has dramaticly changed.

POET could have easily filled an offering at C$0.78 (which was the OCT 11th close) with a warrant attached as opposed to this open ended offering to drive the SP down tactic.

As current shareholders we deserve answers.
