This is a crime! Management should be ashamed of themselves. The stock traded in the 80s for months. At this price it should be cancelled. This has to be illegal.

If they are using this money for Denselight side of the business, they are screwing over all loyal PTK shareholders who are invested for POET and not Denselight. This dilution is beyond unacceptable. No WORDS!
