That is not exactly what I said. Here is what I wrote.

"Since Poet announced the proposed financing, it seems to me we have been in a price discovery stage. Barring a last minute miracle announcement, the stock has hovered in the .50c level, with millions traded, and that seems to be it."

There is a difference, because that statement was related to a positive n.r. BEFORE the proposed financing.
