Wake: There's a few companies out there trying to keep copper alive. POET needs to kick it into high gear.

Yes, Aquantia is obviously working on 100 Gbps on copper. Still the bulk market is 10 Gbps for the time being and thus the more attractive target for POET. But of course 100 Gbps is on POET's roadmap, too.

And it remains to be seen what the power consumption of Aquantia's 100 Gbps copper solution will be. Less than that of 10 Gbps Direct Attached Copper (DAC)? Unlikely!
