"If " management would have waited until Oct 28 th , then announced a financing with a price,, say like .70 cents or so,, I think the share price would be looking a little better today.. I know ,I know,, "If" my auntie had b----s,, she would be my uncle... Anyway,, it is done now ,, but I really hope this never happens again
