Chappychap: I was reading through the recent NRs but can not find the wording on the funds required for DenseLight upgrade costs and the potential increase in revenue available from such an upgrade.

Funds for DenseLight upgrade was mentioned at the THM, revenue available after upgrade was mentioned in the last CC.
