It does seem this offering just may be a bit more routine than some here thought. ;)
Maybe we'll find a lot of interest during the roadshow. And perhaps not. But it's raising money as is usually done. Hopefully, some will take Lebowski's source as word enough for it.
If there is not sufficient interest, the offering may be tabled. That would be disappointing, but not as disappointing as to have to issue units for a truly undesirable price. That's where management will have to strike a balance between the current need for funds and excess dilution; they certainly know what cards they hold, so what they decide should be accurate.
Of course, if they are a bunch of dummies as some have remarked (of course, no one still invested here is a dummy, right?), then whatever they do will likely be wrong. And we'll hear about it right hear starting about one minute after pricing is announced!
