Sorry, Scary, you are off the edge. Remember, it's a speculative investment, often those go to zero. I don't think that's what's going to happen at all. New management has had less then 18 months. Selloffs are expected when new offerings are announced.

What happens here so often is poor managment of expectations. I've thought for the longest time we were undercapitalized. So no surprise. And I guess the reaction of many here should not surprise me, either. I'm far from happy with the share price, but there are a lot of scared shareholders on this board - some more today, no doubt, by you, Scary!

The stock was at what, .75 when the announcement of the offering was made? I believe over the years I've seen plenty of notices of a pending offering with the price to be pegged at a later date. Yet, people were running around scaring others by saying they've never seen such a thing. I would suggest fellow shareholders call someone with some smarts in their brokerage houses and as how common or uncommon this practice is.

And people were assuming the offering would be at .75 or .80. More times than not, that's not the way it works. What you're seeing with all the panic and rhetoric - that's the way it works, especially in these days of social media.

The biggest fundamental negative is some amount of delay. But this board has ensured that this whole thing looks like the biggest turd to ever float by. And, in doing so, may force the company to delay their offering, which may in and of itself hurt, or do the offering at a lower price than otherwise.

Financings are painful, almost always. This one will be no different. Let's get it done and move beyond it.
