I have contacted IR a few times recently and I got some responses to a couple questions.

1) About insider buying and why there hasn't been any - apparently insider buying is typically prohibited during the period between quarter end and a company's reporting of its results for the prior quarter end.

2) The proposed offering is available to "accredited" investors (no guarantee that this will close, the size, price, and completion of the proposed offering will depend on market conditions and demand). If you qualify you can contact them for the info or if you do not you can go through a broker. (*I was just on the phone with TD while I was writing this and apparently they don't offer this with this underwriter or underwriters ... you can not buy it through them. The guy didn't sound confident ... YMMV.)

Beyond that IR seems positive and confident. There was talk of the company creating lasting positive influence on its stock price by delivering consistently improving results over time, and their recent acquisitions only aiding in that. I expressed my disappointment in the stock price pretty bluntly so I doubt I will get many more responses back (I was tired of getting bent over). It is your investment however so contact them if you are interested.
