It doesn't help to bring up own definitions of share price or shareholder value. And I won't take the time (again) to explain. Please refer to Investopedia:

Stocks Basics: What Causes Stock Prices To Change? – Quote: "Don't equate a company's value with the stock price."
Shareholder Value – Quote: "Shareholder value is the value delivered to shareholders because of management's ability to grow sales, earnings and free cash flow over time."
