Well, here is some more speculation:

Sept 30 2015, Agit says the shareholders should be very pleased with the companies progress and soon. They then launch a roadshow after which they announce the purchase of Denselight and later BB photonics. Third hand info told me POET was expecting a solid movement in the share price from those events....it didn't happen. Now, a year later, they announce they are at an inflection point and are doing another roadshow. So, in my opinion, this is leading up to another anouncement which they once again expect a solid movement in the share price. This time however, they are going to have an underwriter and, from what I understand, some potential hedgefunds in place to make sure it happens. This is the way I see it anyway.
