At some point in the future, POET shares will be 90% held by institutions, and at that point in time, you may not even remember the turmoil of this week. The foundation of management's decision is based upon sound consideration of the options, and the necessary, though unpopular, solution to help POET become successful. Is this not what we hired them to do?
