It will be interesting to see what happens when the stock offering is done. If they have done proper leg work and are ready to do the offering they will have to disclose more detailed financial projections to get buy in on the deal. Hopefullly they will disclose to shareholders prior or simultaneous to their sales pitch. If the stock lifts between now and the offering that tells us that they are doing a good road show and we should possibly see the fruits of that labour. 2-3 weeks from IR says that they must be confident in the timing and hopefully for market response.
