If NRE monies are coming, why is Poet raising money through a stock offering?

If the goods are there, I don't believe Poet would need instituional investors to get to the Nasdaq.

Clearly the sp has been held at .80 for quite some time. Something stinks.

I believe the poet product is there. However, it appears that Poet is taking care of the instituional investors at the expense of the current retail share holders.

Somebody please clarify.
