Yes, this delay for the optical engine and the AOC is very disappointing, especially since they said just a few weeks ago that there weren't any delays.

Particularly disappointing to me – and perhaps even more than the delay itself – is the fact that there's not a single word of explanation, so we have to guess again – as usual. Possible explanations that come to mind:

• Technical difficulties (but there wasn't a showstopper recently)
  
• Changed priorities (please note that NRE is still expected in 2017, not 2018)
• Typo (okay, very unlikely, I guess)
