Fairchij: I find it interesting that this link was not added to the updated POET website following the DenseLight and BB Photonics acquisitions.

It begs the question why?

I think the most simple explanation is that whoever created the new website a) overlooked the link to that White Paper or b) considered it to be too technical, too long or too whatever for the "Technology" section of the new website.
