All the documents related to the short form prospectus have been finalized, approved by the regulators and filed on SEDAR about 20 minutes ago.

The prospectus is now fully approved, which means the company has the option to offer an equity/debt interest in the company for 25 months from today, up to US $50,000,000:

USE OF PROCEEDS

Unless otherwise indicated in a Prospectus Supplement relating to a particular offering of Securities, the net proceeds to be received by the Corporation from the issue and sale from time to time of the Securities will be added to the general funds of the Corporation to be used for capital expansion, further product development, potential business or intellectual property acquisitions, working capital and general corporate purposes.
