Bizarrox,
Great points, lots of good points! But, I don't believe for even a nano-second that management does not care about the share price. Nor do I believe any poster here who says they don't care about the share price. I do believe that certain people care for little else, but that most put the fundamentals of this interesting company ahead of the share price.
Having that shelf registration out there means to me that they may well be wanting to raise some money sooner than later. If they have to raise it at .75, well, so be it, management is not dumb, there would have to be some excellent purpose for .75 money. But they wouldn't be human if they wouldn't rather price any common stock sold from that offering at $1.50 instead.
TWG, I would agree that that personnel from that law firm probably own a little stock.
Personally, I don't care about the share price, and didn't even notice that the price made a significant move toward the end of the day - I just can't recall now whether it was up or down. ;)
