The former.

I am assuming that if there were any issues we currently don't know about, then nobody outside POET knew about them, thus it would not influence the share price. Okay, in a less-than-ideal world there could be leaks, but I doubt they would be large enough to cause sellings via several different brokers and small enough to hide from us at the same time.
