Mo, certainly that is not the principal issue that management should think about. However, it is important, if for no other reason, cheap takeovers and inability to effeciently finance, if financing is necessary. So, some effort and thought should be directed toward the share price. And, I'm pretty sure management is thinking about it an appropriate amount - after all, all shareholders and optionholders like a rising shareprice.
