TMI: I haven't yet to understood why the detector which produced such incredible results didn’t excite more interest. Even as a single product (standalone) with little else in view, it should have drawn attention to itself—its performance merited more promotion than a simple news release.

That's easy to answer: because there is no product yet. We had so much good news in the recent years, and what these news all had in common is that they couldn't ignite a sustainable share price growth, i. e. "up and to the right".

If you have some basic understanding of the technology as some of us here or a very deep understanding as the POET team, you wonder why the share price refuses to follow the "up and to the right" pattern.

Well, it's because the market, i. e. the vast majority of investors – and I am only talking about those investors who know about POET, i. e. virtually none – does not understand the technology, does not understand what the implications are, is skeptical whether the technology can be turned into a product, or is wondering what the sales numbers of such a product or products would be.

As has been said here often before, we first need revenue or a solid promise of revenue like a partnership. And this revenue must be based on the POET technology, not on the DenseLight tech. Then and only then the share price will respond – and hopefully not only to revenue as such, but implicitly also to all the good news of the past years, news that is incorporated in the company's IP like a seed that is waiting to unfold into share price bloom.
