All this stuff about PC is just noise. as far as PC is concerned he has been gone long enough that he is no longer in the know and may not have been once the S2 guys arrived. The last 2 pieces of PC good news for me was:

1) when I think FJ and R spoke with Chris and PC and they advised us thatt the S2 guys were going to take this company places they had never dreamed of (or something like that) and

2) notice that he was leaving.

I thank PC for bringing Ajit on board and getting us thru the 2012-15 period. My first impression in person was from the EC session which for me created a negative impression when he declared up and to the right. Most execs would never do that publicly. Sorry for adding to the PC noise. He is gone. For me what he does with his shares is up to him and whatever compliance obligations he has. It won't in the least bit impact my decision re POET. I have been, like many of you, waiting on baited breath on numerous occasions only to be disappointed by further delay but at this point I have resolved to hang in as long as it takes primarily based on Ajit and S2 as well as the technology. I keep thinking about Dr T and how he must have felt trying to keep this afloat with all the naysayers. For a guy to hang in there that long at a relatively low salary, keep the faith and get the patents and continue to evolve an underappreciated idea means a lot to me so if he can be 30-40 years patience I think I can handle 30-40 months patience.
