I would believe he has to excersise all options because we see the SP go up everytime Canarcord show up. I dont know why that would be a requirement but it fits the pattern in trading. Also, if he was just dumping stock to move on he is still in the money at 30 cents so why the hold at .80. Something doesnt add up.
