I agree with you on everything except being tongue tied.

These NDA's, from what I understand, are very, very restrictive, and the penalties for failure to adhere to the terms and conditions are onerous.

It's the only explanation I have for what we have witnessed for the last couple of years, and it seems to make the most sense (because it's so easy...occam's razor).

Time will tell, but I wish we didn't have to wait any longer too....
