I'm sorry this is simply not true. Many things go into a calaculated offer from a buyer. If PTK was 1 year old, very hot stock with continuous growth in sharholders as well as shareholder value it has a big impact on the psychology of its shareholders on what the stock is worth. A played stock, with long term frustrated holders in the red are much more willing to sell for less. Duh.
