re dilution

As we sit right now 50 million would be a fair bit of dilution, but what if there is a bit of news that gets us to say 3,4,5 dollars in the near future, then the 50 million is not near as hard to take as far a dilution goes, it would also get the same amount of money from a equity stake, with the investor having a lot smaller percentage of shares.
