This was my point of confusion where I thought I had seen the Short Form Prospectus filed before. This was not filed and I confused the notice of intent to file with an actual filing. I still recall seeing "up to $50,000,000" somewhere and am still looking for that. It may be that it was something mentioned elsewhere, or it may be that I didn't see this at all. My apologies for the inaccurate information in my previous post. Best to find the actual information (and a link to it) before going from memory. Perhaps I have too much aluminum in my diet.
