Most likely because it was a denslight product from conception to completion, and poet has no poet IP in the product... Come one we've been working on a prototype using POET IP for what will be over 2 years, by the time it's a saleable product. The focus is on the VCSEL in regard to the POET process, this product would have been released with or without POET.
