Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar. A shelf registration is fairly common. It does provide flexibility. It gives POET access to cash if they need it. Generally, companies like POET need it. I've never agreed with statements over the years that we have no problem with the cash on hand, it always has seemed light to me. I don't think this Shelf Registration has anything to do with a future merger or acquisition for stock. We've already done that, and done it quickly without the need of a Shelf Reg.

If and when money is raised under the Shelf, then it would be time to complain or praise. No one wants to see stock issued at .80, that's for sure. But more annoying things have happened.
