Absolutely agree Rainer, while it may seem easy for some to suggest that the financial statements of the three entities are simply combined, in fact, consolidating the financial results of three entities on three different continents with three different time zones, denominated in three different currencies and mid-year, with appropriate notes on the related information, not to mention a factually conforming M.D. & A., the exercise does become more complex than most people think.

The first few quarters of the consolidation process will be quite a learning curve for Kevin Barnes so I think it's fair that we all understand, in this situation, we do need to have a little patience.
