YetiLIVES: Rainer I am frustrated with the share price but mgmt has been stating they are "Creating shareholder value"...Share price is the barometer for that and hence their scorecard for measurement.

Well, what do you think management are doing as we speak, if not creating shareholder value? Sitting in their air-conditioned San Jose office and twisting their thumbs? Likely not!

Sure, ultimately share price is the barometer, but shareholder value and share price are not the same, and it takes time for shareholder value to precipitate on the share price.
