guru, that was beautifully said, I must admit!! Gilver, I'd say that was "check" and "mate."

Seriously, I really have not seen a situation where early exercise of options is a particulary good sign, although I agree that under the right circumstances, it can make good financial sense, especially if you're going to salt away the shares you just purchased with your options. Somehow, those, the darn things always seem to end up back into circulation.
